- To be a reference entity for learning, in a dynamic and updated way, according to teaching and research activities, providing users with modern tools that facilitate access and retrieval of information.
- Demonstrate a librarian growth with the development, organization and modernization of our services and collections according to the information needs.

Approved by Institutional Resolution No. RCG-SO-02 No. 08-2015, on February 6, 2015 and amended by Resolution RCG-SO-06 No. 068-2015, on August 14, 2015, the Operating Regulations Of the Heritage Library of Yachay Tech, is the basic normative text that guarantees the correct rendering of its services, and when using the services of the same, tacitly accepts the content of the Regulation.
