Students acknowledged
During “Conjugaciones”, for their cultural and sport activities.
This Thursday, July 20th, 2017, The Students –Sugar Mill Plaza held “Conjugaciones”, a closure event for the cultural and sport activities at Yachay Tech University. It counted with the participation of different community actors and guests. The principal objective of the event is to give an acknowledgment to the effort of the outstanding students in this areas.
During the event, the champions of Tennis, Table Tennis, feminine 7 Soccer, masculine 7 Soccer, Basketball, Ecua-Volley, Athletics, Cycling, Chess and Traditional Games. Also during the event the University champions of the IN-GENIOS contest of poetry, photography and painting were acknowledged. This year the contest was focus on the identity subject.
To lighten this up, the event counted with the participation of student bands and the Dance Club. Additionally, the night had a guest dance group and a dancing contest. Finally, during the closure of the event the short film “Somos uno” done by students during an audiovisual capacitation project, was projected.
