Short Bio

CRISTHIAN IZA is professor at the School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences, Yachay Tech University. He received his Ph.D. degree in engineering from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2018. He received his
M.Sc. from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2017. He was a visiting scholar with the research group of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon in 2017. Since 2020, he is part of the Scientific Computing Group, heading the Cooperative Mobile Systems group in the Dept. of Computer Science at Yachay Tech University. His area of interest is data dissemination and privacy of vehicle-to-X communication in heterogeneous environments.
