Born in Ambato-Ecuador, He has been educated in Applied Linguistics to teach English, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration and Management, Educational Technologies, Technologies for Educational Administration and Management, K-12 Education, Secondary Education, Higher Education, Management of teachers, Teaching Psychology, Open Learning, Blending Learning, Online learning-teaching. He is an experienced educator of English at K-12 / Primary / Secondary / University Levels for more than twenty years in Ecuador and England.

His research includes topics related to Educational Technology, Communicational activities in the classroom, Evaluation of Teaching Material, Developing Virtual Teaching Platforms, Improve Listening skills for English learning.

As a result of twenty years of teaching experience, he strongly believes in a Communicative and an Interactive learning-teaching atmosphere through the process to develop Language knowledge. His effective teaching style has resulted in a high speaking performance and motivation for English learning among those who had the opportunity to have him as their teacher, besides his commitment to excellence has been engrained into his students.
