Graciela Marisa Salum, Ph.D.

Short Bio

Graciela obtained his bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Entre Ríos, Argentina. She did his doctoral studies in solar radiation at Universidad Nacional de Rosario and then worked in the Physics Institute of Rosario of CONICET, where she studied the biological effects of solar radiation.

Research interest

The two main research interest of Dr Salum are development of devices related to Biomedical Engineering with impact over the health; and biological effects of non-ionizing radiation (natural or artificial).

Teaching at Yachay Tech

  • Biophysics
  • Electrophysiology and electromedicine
  • Biomechanics of Human Gait
  • Fundamentals of medical images
