Biography

 

Short Bio Oscar Chang

Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. Research Professor at Yachay Tech University since 2017. Invited Researcher in the Prometeo program of Ecuador. Full Professor at the Simon Bolivar University and UCV in Venezuela, invited Professor at UPM in Spain. Experience in the private industry as entrepreneur and director of the SME.

 

Research interest:

Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Agents, Deep Reinforcement Learning, Protein Folding Models, Robotic, IoT and the use of AI for the improvement of medical services.

We are constantly developing new models and C++ libraries for research and application purposes in the areas: Agents Theory, Deep Reinforcement Learning, Protein Folding and others.
