Alejandra Gómez


Alejandra Maribel Gómez Gordillo, degree in Food Engineering, studies at the Equinoctial Technological University. Later, she obtained a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador and a Master’s degree in Agroindustries with a mention in Food Quality and Safety at the University of the Americas. Currently graduated from the Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technical University of the North. . She began her professional practice in the food industry as a consultant for several companies that produce food since 2012 on issues of registration, health notifications, operating permits and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices. Then he works as a teacher at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, Ibarra Headquarters, for a period of 5 years. For 9 years, she has been a professor at the Technical University of the North in the Nutrition career, Research Coordinator of the Nutrition Career. He has held professorships such as Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Graduate Thesis, Research Design, Biochemistry, and Cellular and Molecular Biology. Currently a teacher of the Agroindustries career at Yachay Tech.
