MISSION

The School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences has two departments. One of them, the Department of Computational Sciences, offers the degree in Computer Science Engineering. Our mission is to support the natural and experimental sciences with training and computational tools for high-resolution and large-scale modeling, in order to participate in interdisciplinary and international cooperation and to advance the state of the art in fundamental mathematics, numerical analysis, stochastic processes, theoretical computer science, artificial intelligence, software development and systems engineering.
