Paola has worked for 17 years as a ESL, EFL and CLIL teacher in different high schools, programs and universities in Quito.

She has a Master in Bilingual Education from “Universidad Internacional de La Rioja” (Spain).  She obtained a GoTeacher scholarship sponsored by the government of Ecuador to study TESL training at Kansas State University (United States).

Her research interests include: Inclusion and Special Needs in Education; Alternative forms of Assessment; Internal and External factors that influence the process of Learning.
