Wellness is a skill: How to use our mind to develop it?

Recent neuroscience research has unveiled some of the keys in the brain behavior responsible for joy and wellness.
Today we will introduce this field and share some of the findings in relation to develop wellness. We will also introduce one of the most advanced techniques to access information for brain research, the functionalized-magnetic resonance imaging. We will explore the mind-body connections and see how it effects our health and our capacities. We will also present an initiative to set up a research center on Neuroscience in YachayTech.
