YACHAY TECH UNIVERSITY LAUNCHES ITS ACADEMIC OFFER FOR GRADUATE PROGRAMS
By means of a Law published in the Official Gazzette on December 16, 2013, Yachay Tech University began its operations focused on research topics and teaching with high quality standards. This has allowed for the University, in such a short time of institutional life, to be recognized as one of the best universities in the country.
During its 8 years of institutional life, Yachay Tech has promoted an international environment where research, learning, technology and professional activity are valued, thus turning the northern zone and Ecuador into a center of interdisciplinary activities in the field of scientific research in Latin America and the world.
In this sense, Yachay Tech University launches its academic offer for graduate programs focused on research and professional master’s degrees that are detailed below:

Diego Pérez D. Ed.D., rector of Yachay Tech University stated: “After complying with a verification and approval process by the Higher Education Council CES, we announce the launching of our master’s programs focused on research, science and technology at the service of the academic community so that they can be trained in our Alma Mater.”
As part of its commitment to science, technology and innovation, the university has state-of-the-art laboratories, which makes it one of the best-equipped higher education centers in the country for the development of scientific research, experiments, practices and work of a technological nature, in addition to having a full doctoral faculty focused on research.
Yachay Tech laboratories have infrastructure and equipment that is unique in the country such as XPS, VSM, Quantum Conductivity Equipment and Bruker Nanotomograph. As well as high-end equipment, including: Real Time PCR, Bruker Nanotomograph, PHENOM PRO X Scanning Electron Microscope, UV / VIS / NIR Perkin Elmer Lambda 1050, Sputtering (Cathodic Deposition System), among others. These are all available for researchers, faculty and students for the development of research that will allow to obtain results to be published in high-impact scientific journals.
